Member Testimonials

Many members who started as beginners have experienced real growth.

About half of our members are women. Many started with no martial arts or exercise experience.

Before Aikido, my time outside of work and raising my kids was spent just resting. Now I feel like I’m spending my time meaningfully. I can genuinely tell my child, “Mom is working hard too, so let’s do this together.”

I can’t always execute or receive techniques perfectly, but I keep going because I want to get better. Also, the instructor is really fun. Being able to watch YouTube videos and review with my sister makes it easy to continue.
