summary
We have decided to implement a fee revision due to the significant increase in the dojo's operating costs caused by the rise in various expenses associated with the soaring prices of goods and services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our students and ask for your understanding so that the dojo can remain stable and close to you at all times.
Note that the implementation date will be from October 2025, and will be reflected from the billing at the end of September.

Background of Fee Revisions
1. increase in rent, utilities and system costs due to price hikes
The rent at the location we are currently renting has increased due to the recent price increases. In addition, weapons have doubled and utilities and the systems we use have also increased on a yearly basis. We would like to maintain the current location and enhance the system to make it more accessible and comfortable for everyone to practice.
2. to incorporate a frequency-based fee structure (for children students)
Until now, classes for elementary school students through university students had been offered only a uniform unlimited participation plan. However, since approximately 30% of students participate only 4 times a month, we have divided the classes into 4 monthly plans and unlimited plans to make the fee structure fairer according to the frequency of participation in accordance with this fee structure change.
3. to improve the guidance system
Our instructional team has been one person per class, but we would like to expand our instructional team to accommodate the increase in the number of students. The training of an instructional team requires the cost of educational materials, seminar participation, transportation, etc., and we would like to use the funds to cover these expenses.
Finally.
As the saying goes, "continuity is power," and at Aikido Mugen Juku Tokyo/Kamakura, we want to stay with our dojo students for as long as possible. In order for our students to continue, it is essential to keep the prices affordable, which is why we have held off on raising the prices until now.
However, it is difficult for dojos to absorb all of the impact of rising prices, and if they continue to hold out until the last minute, they will be unable to prepare for unforeseen circumstances and will become unstable.
In order to continue aikido together with you, we would appreciate your understanding of this fee revision.
