会員規約

会員規約

この規約は、Shojin株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営する合気道無限塾 東京・鎌倉（以下「道場」）の稽古に参加するすべての方（会員、体験参加者、およびその保護者。以下「会員等」）に適用されます。会員等は、この規約と指導員の指示に従って稽古に参加するものとします。

1. 緊急連絡先

稽古に参加するには、緊急連絡先を当社に届け出てください。

2. 保険と安全

  1. 会員は、当社が指定する保険に加入してください。
  2. 武道の稽古には、けがなどの一定のリスクがあります。会員等はこれを理解し、体調を自ら管理したうえで参加してください。体調がすぐれないとき、けがや持病があるときは、稽古の前に指導員に伝えてください。
  3. 稽古中は指導員の指示に従ってください。
  4. 稽古中の事故・けがについて、当社は、当社に故意または過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

3. 会費の支払い・返金

  1. 会費・参加費は、当社が指定する方法と時期に前払いでお支払いください。
  2. お支払い済みの会費・参加費は、当社の都合による休講など当社の責めに帰すべき事由による場合を除き、返金いたしません。
  3. 退会・休会は会員マイページから手続きできます。毎月9日までに手続きを完了した場合、翌月以降の会費は発生しません。

4. 審査

審査の合否は、指導員が判断します。お支払い済みの審査料は、道場または会場の都合で審査を行えない場合を除き、返金いたしません。

5. 道場への往復

稽古場所への往復は、会員等ご本人（お子さまの場合は保護者）の責任で行ってください。

6. 準備・片付けへのご協力

稽古の準備や片付けへのご協力をお願いすることがあります。

7. 会場・備品の取り扱い

会場の設備・備品は、所有者を問わず大切に扱ってください。故意または重大な過失により破損・汚損した場合は、弁償をお願いすることがあります。

8. 写真・動画の利用

稽古や行事の写真・動画を、ホームページ、チラシ、SNSなどの広報に使用します。退会後も使用する場合があります。ご本人を正面から中心に撮影した写真を使用する場合は、事前にお伝えします。使用を望まない場合や、その他の制限をご希望の場合は、ご連絡いただければ対応します。

9. 退会をお願いする場合

会員等が次のいずれかに当たると当社が判断した場合、退会をお願いすることがあります。

  • 他の人を故意に肉体的・精神的に傷つけ、または不快にさせる行為
  • 稽古に不誠実で、稽古全体に悪影響を及ぼす行為
  • 道場内での営業、勧誘、引き抜き
  • 指導方針や運営に不必要に介入し、円滑な運営を妨げる行為
  • その他、道場の運営に支障をきたす行為

10. 規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から適用します。

Terms (English summary)

These terms apply to all members, trial participants and their guardians of Aikido Mugenjuku Tokyo/Kamakura, operated by Shojin Inc. The Japanese version prevails.

  1. Provide emergency contact information before training.
  2. Members must join the insurance designated by the dojo. Martial arts training involves a risk of injury; please manage your own health and tell the instructor about any injury or condition. Follow the instructor’s directions. Shojin Inc. is not liable for accidents or injuries during training unless caused by its intent or negligence.
  3. Fees are paid in advance by the designated method. Paid fees are not refunded except where classes are cancelled for reasons attributable to the dojo. You can cancel or pause your membership from your member page; if completed by the 9th of the month, no fees are charged from the following month.
  4. Examination results are decided by the instructors. Exam fees are not refunded except when the exam cannot be held for reasons of the dojo or venue.
  5. Travel to and from training is the responsibility of the participant (or guardian for children).
  6. We may ask for help with preparing and tidying up.
  7. Treat the venue and equipment with care. You may be asked to compensate for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
  8. Photos and videos of training and events are used for our website, flyers and social media, including after withdrawal. Contact us if you wish to opt out.
  9. We may ask a member to leave if they harm or offend others, disrupt training, solicit business, interfere with dojo operations, or otherwise hinder the running of the dojo.
  10. These terms may be revised; revised terms apply once posted on this page.
